Lifestyle newborn sessions are some of my favorite types of sessions. There’s something very humbling about being invited into someone’s home, into their most intimate spaces, and capturing these special, everyday moments for them to cherish for years to come. I’m not going to lie, I also kind of love getting to see the beautiful ways that these homes are decorated as well, and I usually leave with a wish list of decor items for my own home HA! However, a well-decorated home is not what makes these lifestyle newborn sessions so special. Being able to preserve the memories of love and welcoming of a new family member into this home is what makes lifestyle newborn sessions so special to me!
This family’s home was absolutely beautiful, as well as cozy and full of really special elements (like the vintage baby crib that has been passed down through the previous generation, pictured below). Baby J has such a calm, sweet spirit, and I’m pretty sure he gets that from both of his easy going parents.
