For the past 9 Halloweens, I’ve been able to pick the costumes, or at least the theme of the costumes, for my kids. This year was the first one that my oldest finally told me that she didn’t want to be what *I* wanted her to be…but she agreed to humor me for the sake of this photo session 🙂 Even though my costume-picking days are numbered, they are always most of the time game for whatever pictures that I have in mind for them (with a little ice cream bribery, of course).
