As much as I love photographing clients in our beautiful studio, photographing clients in their own home, their happy place, is one of my favorite things about this job! Finding little corners of gorgeous light like we used to help capture the image above makes my photographer heart want to sing ***if I wasn’t such a terrible singer ;)***. Even the darkest of homes can appear light, airy, and beautiful when we find that magical light space. I really couldn’t get enough of this bay window and seriously wished I could take it back home with me!
Okay, enough about how I’m weirdly obsessed with light (but really, what photographer isn’t?!), and more about these awesome people in front of my camera. Big sister was probably the sweetest big sister that I’ve ever photographed, and she was such a natural. I didn’t have to give her any direction on what to do with her baby, and I had about a thousand images of these two to narrow down for final edits.
